　　1.本次考试 难度中等偏低。

　　2.整体分析：

　　Task 1：混合图：broadcast connection per 1,000 people数值在2001-2002的韩国、美国、日本、德国等五个国家的变化

　　注意：动态图，注意趋势变化的描述;2.注意时间、选用过去的时态;3. 图表中的数据不需要都提及，注意数据的整合。

　　相关表达：

　　1. There was a significant increase by +数据 in the proportion of public transportation usage +时间

　　2. From 2001 onwards, the period from x to x witnessed a drop in sth.

　　3. Although sth fell marginally, it then increased back to the figure in 2001.

　　3.Task 2 ：犯罪话题

　　题目翻译：现在很多有前科的罪犯还会再次犯罪。是什么原因?怎么解决?

　　从话题上来说，属于犯罪类话题，考生可以运用平时对此话题的积累加以论证。

　　从类型上来说，属于说明文，一段回答原因;一段回答解决方法;

　　从结构上来说，可以采取四段式的写法：

　　第一段：题目改写+问题回答。

　　第二段：犯罪再犯的原因

　　第三段：解决措施

　　第四段：总结段-重申问题回答。

　　题目思路：

　　主体段 1: 犯罪再犯的原因

　　1. 经济上(at a financial level),犯罪者有犯罪记录(have a crime record on their personal profile)，不利于(put sb at a disadvantage)他们重返社会之后寻找到合适的工作,没有稳定的收入来源(are highly unlikely to find a decent job with a stable income),逼不得已(have to)犯罪赚取生活费用(make a living);

　　2. 心理上(from an psychological aspect), 犯罪者心理上大多比较脆弱(be vulnerable)，出狱后长期不被社会接纳的话(cannot adapt themselves to the society)，自己会觉得被社会孤立(feel lonely and isolated)，产生逆反社会行为(anti-social behaviors)。

　　主体段 2: 解决措施

　　1. 在监狱的时候，对犯罪者进行职业教育(vocational education)，强化他们出狱后再就业的技能(enhance their practical skills for later employment);

　　2. 普及犯罪者的心理教育(hire experts such as psychologists to guide them mentally)，让他们对社会和自身形成正确的认识(form a reasonable attitude towards the society and themselves)，做好出狱后迎接新生活的准备(be prepared for life outside the jail)。
